Mr. Saik has founded many businesses including the Agri-Trend Group which is now part of Trimble Navigation. Agri-Trend was recognized as a 2012 & 2014 Western Regional Canada Top 50 Best Managed Company and was recognized by Venture Magazine as one of Alberta’s 2013 top 25 Most Innovative Organizations. Today, Mr. Saik works in Global Business Development and on the side he is an author, a movie producer and an agriculture advocate. He has always played a role in leadership and business development and in 2014 was recognized as Canada's Agri-Marketer of the Year. He serves on several boards and is a member of many professional associations. In 2006, Mr. Saik was recognized as Distinguished Agrologist of the Year by the Alberta Institute of Agrology.

Mr. Andrukow, was past CEO and major shareholder of Andrukow Group Solutions Inc. (AGSI), a known leader in the Ag Community. Prior to the sale in 2016 and over the course of 37 years, AGSI had become one of the largest independent Ag Retails in North America. AGSI was instrumental in developing one of the first high clearance sprayers, implementing variable rate seed and fertilizer application technology and developing an APP for their customers to load product 24/7, leading the industry in technology. A visionary, Mr. Andrukow has a passion for Ag and has been instrumental in other businesses as both coach and investor. Mr. Andrukow currently serves as a board member and shareholder of several private companies.

Pattison is a leading manufacturer of Liquid Fertilizer application, Crop Protection handling equipment and distributes Liquid handling parts both domestic and Internationally. Mr. Pattison holds business interests in and out of the Agricultural field and has spoken throughout North America and internationally on plant nutrition and liquid fertilizer application. The Pattison Family operates a 6000 acre Grain Farm in Saskatchewan.
Pattison is a registered firm under ISO 9001-2008 and was finalist in the 2004 ABEX awards in the Physical Environment category. In addition to all the local boards and activities, Mr. Pattison has held numerous positions on boards, municipal, provincial, national and international.

Mr. Lacey has recently received his ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Business and the Institute of Corporate Directors. He serves as director for three Cdn public companies as well as several other private companies. He has also served on the Red Deer College Board of Governors for 7 years and the RDC Foundation, prior to his appointment to the Board of Governors. Mr. Lacey was recognized as “Dealer of the Year” for 2014 from the Western Equipment Dealers Assoc.
Mr. Lacey is a long-term resident of the community of Red Deer and is or has been involved in a variety of community activities including Rotary Club, Ski Club, Public School Advisory Boards, Trade Associations and various City of Red Deer Boards and Committees.
